Temporary Accommodation Request & Agreement

This form is to request accommodation and long-term home stay placement with a Christian family in the Dayton area through IFI. Please note that accommodation is NOT guaranteed by filling this form and depends upon the availability of IFI volunteers. Fill the form as much in advance as possible to allow for details to be arranged and please inform IFI at dayton@ifiusa.org in case of any changes.

For example, how many luggages you'd be bringing, if and where you plan to store extra belongings, sell them, etc. Not all of our families would be able to keep or store all of your belongings. We recommend bringing only 2 large suitcases if possible and working out the details with your family if there is a unique situation.
